1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating a 33spin account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all users of the 33spin Platform, including registered players, guests, and any other persons who access the Platform.

33spin reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. 3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the 33spin Platform, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If 33spin detects duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

• Notify 33spin immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 33spin account. 33spin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 33spin Platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by 33spin, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. 33spin does not accept cash deposits.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your 33spin account.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified payment method registered to your 33spin account. 33spin reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• 33spin processes withdrawal requests in accordance with its standard processing timeframes. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during business hours, subject to verification requirements.
• 33spin reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

33spin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 33spin reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonus funds and free spins must be used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion. Unused bonuses will expire automatically.

• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 33spin Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the game rules, these Terms shall prevail.

33spin uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. All games are independently audited for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published and available upon request.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33spin Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 33spin staff.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33spin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

33spin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 33spin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 33spin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

12 Termination

33spin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at 33spin's sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Provision of false or misleading information.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to pass identity verification checks.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts and pending investigation of any suspected breach) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
